Do I need a separate account for Mac and web?
No. Use the same Tavro account on both. The Mac app is free to start; your organisation needs Pro to access the web workspace.
How do I install Tavro on my Mac?
Sign in on the download page with a confirmed email address. Download the disk image, open it and drag Tavro into Applications. The Mac app is for Apple silicon.
I haven’t received my confirmation email.
Check your spam or junk folder and make sure you registered with the correct email address. If it still hasn’t arrived, choose Account in the form above and tell us which email address you used.
Where do I upgrade my organisation?
An owner or admin can upgrade inside the workspace. Pro is £10.99 a month for the organisation, paid by Direct Debit through GoCardless. See pricing for details.
Can I use Tavro on Windows?
A native Windows app is coming soon. You can use the web workspace in your Windows browser when your organisation is on Pro.
